Dragon Rider Bobby - marked for assassination

Well Rannen (IGN Beller) has been being stalked by this pervert identified as 'Dragon Rider Bobby'...scum...

well he has used Tied scrolls to continusly track and aggress Beller ingame. This needs to be stopped (Duh).

I have Told Rannen some basic methods to try avoid this;

stay near high level Brakmars.
stay in fights rather then sitting outside waiting to heal (just use bread).
and to backtrack, which involves leaveing one map then go back to it quickly which usually disable or glitches the co-ordinates fucntion (also works for groups so avoid this if you want your group to be able to follow you).

But this mighten stop him. therefore he has been marked for assassination...

How ? well i will buy 10 tied scrolls (or more depending if he aggrees to stop or not). and give them to Beller (Rannen) when the target attacks Beller again she can tie the scroll to him before she dies...enabling us to track him down... >.

We'll need Brakmarians, maybe donations to buy the scrolls, people willing to protect Beller in the meantime (hang near her for the day). This guy is approx. level 50+
and is frequently on.
